Salvatore Difalco is the author of two story collections, Black Rabbit (Anvil) and The Mountie at Niagara Falls (Anvil); the novel Mean Season (Mansfield); a book of poetry, What Happens At Canals, (Mansfield), and the chapbook Storiettes (Talbot-Heindl).
His short fiction, poetry, essays and hybrids have appeared in print and online journals throughout the English-speaking world. He has worked as a journalist, archivist, counsellor at a maximum security prison, Italian translator, operator of the Spanish Aerocar in Niagara Falls and many less glamorous jobs.
He lives modestly, controlling his rage, in Toronto, Canada, with frequent forays to Sicily.
Salvatore has also contributed to Wrath, Sloth, Greed and Gluttony.
Truth Serum Press published Salvatore’s short story collection Minotaur and Other Stories in May 2019.
