Claiming the discount codes on LULU orders can be confusing.

(Remember: the discount codes are only valid for print products, not eBooks.)

So …

(1) SELECT the titles and number of books you would like to purchase in the Cart.

(2) CLICK through to the Checkout webpage.

(3) TYPE the code in the Discount box on the RIGHT side of the Checkout page. (NOTE: These codes are case sensitive.)

(4) THEN click APPLY.

(5) THEN enter your address and other details on the LEFT side of the page.

(CODE first, THEN your details … it’s a trick they like to play!)

If this doesn’t work … perhaps the code is not working (or is not eligible) in your region or area.

These discount codes can be idiosyncratic, and we are never quite sure how the codes work re expiry date and time, and international time zones.
